Return Goods Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have bought then you may return it within 14 days of the day of purchase. Products can be returned if you complete the Return Goods Request Form that you find below. In this way you provide extremely useful information that will help us to fix your problem in the shortest possible time. Once we receive the information and the details about the reason of your return, we will call you to confirm your request. When returning a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original label must be intact and the package that contains the product identification code too.
At the same time we accept returns of products if they are manufacturing defects and this is confirmed and certified by a Service Center Technician. When such a situation occurs, the faulty product is returned in its original packaging including all accessories (drivers, manuals, cables, etc.) The defective item is replaced with a new product only with customer's agreement. In case of refund you will receive the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. If you don’t want a refund but a replacement with another item that has identical or better technical specifications then you can do it on the condition that you pay the difference between the prices.
We do not accept any returns of personalized orders (Desktop PCs and generally all items assembled according to consumer's specifications). Definitely we don’t accept the return of products that can be reproduced or copied immediately (CD, DVD, software, videos, books, etc), unsealed items and products which don’t correspond to customer’s parameters because of his inadvertence.
When placing an order and customer does not pick up his products within 24 hours or doesn’t inform us about his refusal then we can cancel or deny future orders coming from the same user.
