Door-to-Door Delivery
Before being delivered, every order placed on our website is validated. Delivery will be made to the address provided by customer according to the selected time and day while ordering. Confirming stock items is done by telephone or e-mail. Orders are processed and shipped only when the items are available and in the same order in which they were received. There might be exceptional circumstances forcing us to delay order confirmation but we’ll approve Delivery as soon as possible. Our delivery schedule is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Online orders placed on Saturday (after 3:00 pm) or on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Absolutely all orders including Courier Services will be delivered to each customer through door-to-door system.
Delivery time may vary because of traffic and order volume. The latest expected delivery time for Individuals is 7:00 pm. Delivery service is available in Chisinau and to other cities across the country. Delivery to other cities except Chisinau is not available the same day but within 3 working days through our Local Couriers. Orders from abroad are shipped with International Courier Services. These delivery fees are estimated according to our partnership taxes and are paid by customer.

When receiving order, courier will be given the exact amount which is indicated in the electronic invoice issued by us. Courier will allow customer to verify the integrity of the requested products without breaking the seal or the original packaging. Courier will also deliver all supporting documents (fiscal receipt, warranty, certificate of conformity, invoice) as proof of purchase from our company. Shipping fee for each order is set based on the products' volume, value and weight.

Pick-up Service
Cash payments or by cards are accepted into our office using Cash Register and POS terminal. However these customers will be able to pick up their products at no additional cost. Legal Entities can pick up orders from our office as well and they must present a power of attorney or the company stamp in order to provide them the products and all documents.

Same Day Delivery in Chisinau - 85 Lei
Next Day Delivery in Chisinau  - 65 Lei

Attention!
Shipping costs for products with large sizes (for example: refrigerators, washing machines) will be calculated individually based on their volume and weight. Delivery is carried out only before entering the unit. Transportation and lifting of large goods on the floor is not the responsibility of the courier, which is an additional charge for additional services.
